At about 5am on the morning of December 12th 2024 I was awoken by a bright flashing light viewed through a gap in my window blinds. There is a street light at the cross road but this light was above and to the right of that streetlight. The light was also pulsing slowly and moving in a northeast direction. I woke my spouse and we both stepped outdoors to observe it. It moved albeit slowly but the movement distinguished it from a star. It seemed much closer than a satellite and was not as fast as a satellite. The only 2 satellites that could be visible are not that reflective and were not in that position at that time. We watched it for about 15 minutes also using binoculars but went indoors due to the cold.
