Terrado Plaza in the city of Covina. One victim was transported to a local hospital with unknown injuries. Covina PD located multiple shell casings in a parking lot across from the bar. Unknown at this time if any suspect or suspects are in custody. Covina PD has not released any details about the motive of the shooting.
