On December 22, in Shangqiu, Henan, three children were fighting over who got to watch TV. The 2-year-old brother, in a fit of anger, smashed the television with a broom.

Their father, Mr. Li, explained that the three had agreed to take turns, with each person watching for ten minutes. However, when it was the youngest brother's turn, his older siblings refused to let him watch. In frustration, the youngest took matters into his own hands and broke the TV. After the incident, all three children were given a stern lesson.
