Truck trapped in barrier after swerving to avoid minibus in Indonesia
An asphalt truck became trapped in a median barrier on the Bukittinggi bypass road in West Sumatra on Sunday, December 22, 2024.
The incident occurred when the driver, Rino, tried to avoid a collision with a minibus that suddenly made a U-turn on a sharp bend.
To avoid a collision, Rino swerved to the right, causing the truck to get stuck in the median barrier.
Evacuation efforts are underway using jacks, while the police are considering the option of demolishing the barrier.
