Thiruvananthapuram, India - December 13, 2024 [WARNING: (Video contains) sensitive content] In a dramatic road accident, a young woman narrowly escaped injury when a speeding car collided with a parked vehicle and overturned. The incident occurred in Chenkavila, Parassala in Tamil Nadu, southern India on December 13. Visuals show a local woman walking past a parked car when a speeding vehicle crashes into another parked car on the opposite side of the road. The impact causes the speeding car to overturn. Sensing the danger, the woman quickly steps aside, narrowly avoiding the collision. Remarkably, her shawl is torn away by the speeding car during the incident. Locals rushed to the scene to assist the driver of the overturned car. However, the driver managed to exit the vehicle and fled before help arrived. Speaking to Newslions, an official from the Kollemcode Police Station in Tamil Nadu stated that the car responsible for the chaos was being driven by a minor, aged 16-17 years. The police have reportedly filed a complaint against him, however, the minor fled the scene immediately after the crash, and the police are still searching for him.
