Electricians abseil down building to repair shop's giant letters
Electricians abseiled down a building to fix the light inside a shop's giant letters.
Footage shows the workers hanging from a rope to reach the facade where the channel letters were in Bangkok, Thailand on December 24.
They removed the fused-out lights and installed new ones, wearing harnesses around their waists and tied to a pulley cable.
After the task, they climbed down on the side of the building carefully to test out if it worked.
One of the colleagues, Saran Yanglang, said: 'There are times that we have to climb on buildings to repair something. It is part of our job.'
