STORYLINE:
Mohammad Hussain has been running a shop selling dried fruits and nuts in the Afghan capital city of Kabul for about two decades.
While he noted a decrease in the volume of business compared to earlier years, he remains satisfied with his work.

"We clean dried fruits every day and sell them to both locals and foreigners. While the volume of our work has decreased compared to the past, we are still satisfied. We primarily sell almonds, pine nuts, and pistachios. Most of the dried fruits we offer come from Afghanistan, with only 5 percent imported from abroad."
Looking to the future, Hussain expressed hope for a brighter future for Afghanistan, as he continues his business in the heart of the capital.
