STORYLINE:
Several Chinese companies in Ghana, in collaboration with local charities, donated essential daily necessities to three communities in the Ashanti Region on Thursday, aiming to support local residents.
The Dr. Kofi Affrifah Foundation and the Community Connect Network, two local private charities, joined hands with Chinese enterprises to provide food, beverages, clothing, footwear, and bags, among other items, to people in need.
Nana Adwoa Agyeman Affrifah, chief executive officer of the Community Connect Network, expressed that these contributions ensure members of the communities are not left out in the festive celebrations of the yuletide season.
