This is the frosty winter moment that camel sported an unusual decoration—a "necklace" made of ice formed on its fur.

On December 18, 2024, in Hami, Xinjiang, the video showcased a striking image of the camel enduring the biting cold, with ice encrusted on the long fur around its neck.

Contrary to what some might think, the icy accumulation was not from the animal's saliva.

The owner explained that as temperatures dipped to around -20 degrees Celsius, water dripped onto the camel's neck while drinking and froze due to the extreme cold, coupled with the length of the neck fur.

The video ended without any harm coming to the camel, simply leaving a memorable visual of its icy ordeal.
