A poignant incident has emerged from Chhatri village in Narwar Tehsil of Shivpuri district, Madhya Pradesh. During a field clearing operation with a JCB machine, a cobra was tragically killed, and its mate, a female cobra, was injured. In a heart-wrenching moment, the injured female stayed beside the cobra's body for hours.
The cobras had emerged from the ground during the operation and were caught in the path of the JCB. Upon realizing the situation, the machine operator immediately halted the work and called a snake rescuer, Salman Pathan.
Pathan carefully moved the injured cobra away and provided it with necessary treatment. Once fully recovered, plans are underway to release the snake safely into the forest.
