A Lamborghini in Dubai was bedazzled with thousands of crystals that looked like real diamonds.

The supercar was parked on a streetside while a worker intricately glued the tiny sparkling pieces of stones in the famously wealthy Arab enclave in the United Arab Emirates.

Footage shows the white vehicle being embellished by a servent who held a small plate of crystals. He said he had spent all day applying the stones to the vehicle for the past two months.

Onlooker Sasha Khalil said in the video: 'You've bedazzled it one by one?'

The skilled worker answered her yes and added it was for a German customer. He was also asked if the diamonds were real, but he said they were crystals.

He said: 'No, not real. Crystals.'

The worker added he has been working with the car for two months, manually glueing the crystals on the exterior and expects it to be finished in two more weeks.
