Captured by a Hart Trolley camera, the video shows 38-year-old Jaquan James Thomas moments before he was shot by Reserve Officers Shelby Riggs-Hopkins and Paul Spike Hopkins, a married couple with prior law enforcement experience. Authorities say Thomas threatened to shoot an officer and reached for his pocket just before he was struck three times. Thomas remains hospitalized in critical but stable condition.
