United States - January 02, 2025 COTTONWOOD CANYONS, UT – The scenic SR-190 turned treacherous today as rain gave way to snow near Storm Mountain, creating hazardous travel conditions in the upper canyon. While the lower sections of the roadway remained wet from rainfall, mid- to upper elevations saw slush and accumulating snow. The heaviest snowfall blanketed the upper canyon, leaving drivers to contend with slick surfaces and icy patches. Officials warn travelers to exercise caution, particularly in higher elevations where conditions are rapidly changing.
