Los Angeles, United States - January 02, 2025 01/02/2025 02:30 am (GMT-0800) POMONA, Calif. – CHP and the Los Angeles County Fire Department responded to a major traffic collision eastbound on the 10 Freeway at the 57 Freeway in the city of Pomona. Once units arrived on the scene, they located a vehicle in the center divider with significant front-end damage and one person trapped inside. Firefighters extricated a male from the vehicle and transported him to a local hospital with unknown injuries. Multiple vehicles from the westbound and eastbound sides struck debris due to the crash. CHP had temporarily stopped all lanes as they cleared the freeway. There were a total of five vehicles on the westbound side of the 10 Freeway that struck debris and had flat tires.
