A huge 13-foot-long python was dragged out of a residential area in Beawar, India.

The 35kg serpent was spotted by locals drinking tea at a stall on January 6. Snake catcher Surendra Singh was called and he was able to remove the python and release it back into the wild.

Incidents of wildlife straying from the forest and coming to populated areas are increasing in Rajasthan state of India. Sometimes panthers and sometimes pythons are spreading panic in populated areas. One such case has come to light in Beawar city of Northern India. A 13 feet long and about 35 kg heavy python entered in city area.
Some people were sitting and drinking tea at a tea stall. Suddenly they saw a python crawling on the road. After get information, snake catcher Surendra Singh arrived on the spot. He caught the python and released it in the forest area outside city. A huge crowd from the surrounding areas gathered during the capture of the python.
According Surendra, the python was about 20 years old. Huge python of such age is rarely seen.
