A terrifying drive through the heart of the Palisades Fire—this harrowing footage captured by Kelsey Trainor shows a massive blaze engulfing roads as it spreads uncontrollably.
The wildfire, raging on both sides of the road, has turned the journey toward Sunset Boulevard into a nightmare. Flames leap across, cutting off escape routes and blanketing the area in smoke and ash.
Kelsey described the chaos as people abandoned their vehicles, running for safety after being stuck in gridlock for over an hour. With no movement and fire closing in, fear and urgency gripped everyone.
The Palisades Fire has burned over 1,200 acres and forced 30,000 residents to evacuate. Emergency crews are working tirelessly to contain the blaze, but extreme fire behavior fueled by high winds is complicating efforts.
