On December 27 in Beijing, Chef Mr. Xu demonstrated an extraordinary culinary skill.

While preparing a dish called Furong chicken slices, he transformed a bowl of egg whites mixed with minced chicken into a nearly 2-metre-long strip after pouring it into hot oil and continuously stirring.

Furong Chicken Slices primarily use chicken breast and egg whites as ingredients. The preparation involves blending the chicken breast into a paste, then mixing it with egg whites, starch, and other ingredients to form a smooth batter. The batter is then poured into a hot oil pan and gently stirred with a spoon to create thin slices.

According to Mr. Xu, the typical length of Furong chicken is about 10–20 cm, but his unique technique allows the mixture to stretch to nearly 2 metres, resulting in a finer and more delicate texture.
