On November 19, 2024, in Gansu, located in northwestern China, a video captured a man crafting visually stunning jianbing guozi (Chinese pancakes) at an outdoor stall. Wearing a white uniform, gloves, a mask, and an apron, he transformed a traditional snack into an artistic masterpiece.

Using yellow batter, he skillfully shaped flowers on the griddle, followed by a pink layer to form the pancake base. Adding green batter, he created more intricate floral patterns, then cracked an egg to complete the colorful creation.

After flipping the pancake, he used brown sauce to draw another flower before layering lettuce, tomatoes, and sausage. The beautifully crafted pancake was then carefully wrapped for customers.
