Info from Licensor: "I called an amazon customer for a required one-time passcode for a package. She was struggling to find the code and I tried walking her through the process to help, but she wasn't very receptive to my advice and was cussing me out over the phone before she arrived to the house. After numerous failed attempts, I let her know I had to send it back, and then she got more aggressive. She told me to get off her property and said 'because I don't like n**rs on my property' and then I left for my next stop to continue my route. This was a couple days ago and I told my dispatch about it today and they said we won't deliver to her anymore."
