One officer was pulled along, running to keep up, while the other was dragged to the ground. This footage was filmed by Mr. Ye, in Hualong, Haidong, Qinghai, at 02:03, on November 9, 2024. The uploader said: "At the time, I was on the highway, and there was a traffic jam up ahead. It was so boring that I picked up my phone to record. I was really shocked the moment the cow charged out, and even more surprised when the police appeared. Later, when one of the officers fell, I felt a bit sorry for them—they're doing this for the people."
