On December 25, 2024, in Zhangjiajie, located in southern China’s Hunan province, a video showcased the breathtaking Qixing Mountain Via Ferrata.
The adventure route connects two cliffs with a series of ropes and iron steps, providing a heart-pounding experience for climbers.
Despite safety harnesses, the precarious single-rod steps and the dizzying drop of 1,480 meters make it a daunting challenge. The trail, spanning 168 meters, is known as a "cliff ladder" and requires around three hours of climbing.
