Woman shares footage of gnarly ice-skating crash that sent her friend to the hospital
A major incident occurred while Aleksandra and her friend were ice skating, and it's captured in this video.
"I was skating with my friend at a new public rink when a teenage boy ran into her, knocked her down, and then ran away," Aleksandra told WooGlobe. "My friend was taken to the hospital and had to get stitches on her head."
Through this video, Aleksandra aims to highlight the importance of safety on the ice. While she understands that incidents like this can happen, what she finds unacceptable is the reckless behavior of some teens.
"Having staff to ensure safety is essential in public spaces like this," she wrote online.
