Firecracker mishap damages car in Chinese backyard
On February 4, 2024, in Jinan, Shandong, a surveillance video captured an unexpected accident during a backyard firecracker session.
A young man, dressed in black, was lighting firecrackers in an open area behind a house. After lighting the firecrackers, the group quickly took cover indoors, anticipating the loud explosions. However, one firecracker landed near a white car parked close by.
When it detonated, the firecracker caused significant damage to the car’s front right wheel area, leaving it in need of serious repair.
