Instant karma! Peeping Tom 'watching woman shower' falls through roof injuring his head
This is the satisfying moment a Peeping Tom suffered instant karma when he fell through a roof - while allegedly watching a woman shower.
The suspected voyeur reportedly trespassed into the home of resident Siriluk, 40, in Nakhon Si Thammarat province, on January 1.
He was said to have climbed up a tree to spy on the woman as she was showering on the second floor.
Siriluk said she screamed for help upon seeing the pervert ogling her through the open window. He then tried to run across the roof to escape - only to fall through the flimsy metal sheets onto Siriluk's garage.
CCTV footage shows the man plunging through the ceiling in a shower of wood and metal debris. He staggered away just as a furious Siriluk emerged from the house and chased him with a small shovel.
The suspect managed to flee on a motorcycle but he was wounded. Officers picked up signs of blood from the flood, suspecting he suffered a minor head injury when he hit the ground.
Speaking to the media, Siriluk said: 'I shared the videos out of frustration because the man is still walking free. I want what happened to me to serve as a warning for everyone to be careful.
'I hope the authorities follow up on this case. I am lucky that the suspect has not tried to hurt me yet. I want it to be public so everyone knows who this person is and what he does.
'Everyone should be able to shower in their own home without worrying that someone is watching them.'
Siriluk said that following the incident, she studied the CCTV footage from her home's cameras and noticed the man had been seeking around a few hours earlier at around 1:40 am.
He was allegedly seen rifling through Siriluk's clothes racks on the patio to look for bras and panties to steal before walking away empty-handed.
The worried woman said she has filed a police report. She said that the suspect had been caught but was released on bail by his mother.
Siriluk said she has put up a fence around her house and had the tree cut down, hoping the measures would keep her safe.
She added: 'I am not interested in money or financial compensation from him. I want him to be prosecuted so that he does not do this again to myself or anybody else.'
