Same location, 2 examples of people not giving way to emergency vehicles. Both times the vehicle comes to a complete stop in the right lane in front of the cop car, making the cop go around them. In the second clip you can also hear the cop honking when the car behind me is not moving out the way (while I am trying to move over but idiots are not letting me in). The people in the car thought it was hilarious and were laughing, but watch to the end to see the white car stop in the right lane. I am yet to hear of someone being fined for doing this. While you would think was common sense to pull left and slow down, it clearly is not. Our licencing system does to teach this properly, and as I said it is not enforced. First one looked Aussie, second foreign. Western Australia Police maybe enough revenue raising, time to start handing out proper fines? Just because they 'did not know what to do' is not an excuse.
