Personnel from Chinese institutions in Mongolia gathered on Sunday night to celebrate the upcoming Spring Festival, or Chinese Lunar New Year, at the "Join Hands for the Future" gala.
The event attracted over 260 people to the Chinese embassy in the Mongolian capital of Ulan Bator. Attendees included the Chinese Ambassador to Mongolia Shen Minjuan, other diplomats, representatives of Chinese enterprises, volunteer teachers and students.
The evening featured cultural performances by volunteer teachers along with local Mongolian singers' heartfelt renditions of Chinese songs.
Adorned with lights and traditional lanterns, the embassy featured a festive atmosphere that resonated with the spirit of the Chinese New Year.
