The Dutch celebrated the annual National Tulip Day on Saturday, which is traditionally marked on the third Saturday of the new year.
In 2025, National Tulip Day is dedicated to celebrating the 750th anniversary of Amsterdam.
A highlight of the festival is for people to pick tulips for free in a huge picking garden with more than 200,000 tulips. The picking garden is set on the Museum Square in Amsterdam, where a fire show and a live band performance were staged.
