According to local people, this is a rare red grapefruit favored by nature.The characteristic of this "king's" red grapefruit variety is that it bears green fruit, gradually turning yellow in August - September. In October, it turns pink and close to the Lunar New Year, the grapefruit will turn a beautiful bright red color. Because of its rarity and value, red grapefruit is highly valued during the holidays. Large grapefruits weighing 2kg or more will be sold for 100 USD or more. Smaller fruits will cost a few dozen USD less.
