According to local reports The incident occurred on Sunday Afternoon in the Devichapada locality. the child, who fell while playing on the balcony of her 13th-floor flat, sustained only minor injuries. Eyewitnesses reported that the toddler slipped, hung precariously from the edge of the balcony for a moment, and then fell.

In the video, Bhavesh Mhatre is seen running to catch the child. Although he could not fully grasp her, his intervention broke the fall and significantly reduced the impact when she hit the ground.

Speaking to reporters, Mhatre said, “I was passing by the building and didn’t think twice before moving forward. I was determined to save the child’s life.” He added, “There is no religion greater than courage and humanity.”
