SOUNDBITE (English): FRANK STERZER, Founder of Bamboo Coffee
"I've been in China since 2006, in many places. And since 2020, I arrived in Ningbo (in Zhejiang Province) and running now my own coffee company here.
Mainly, my background is having industry jobs. But during that time, then I decided to make my hobby my own business that brought me here to Maoli.
By the very convenient way, within half an hour, we are still closely linked to the city, but we're enjoying the fresh air and less noisy places at the same time.
We also see customers coming from Shanghai or Hangzhou.
We see more than 250 people coming here on a day.
This time, we open the doors for the Chinese New Year holiday.
My family made use of a 15-day visa-free entrance to China. My family visited us in May last year with five people, including my mom.
We have good relations with our neighbors, it's more like a big family here, not like an outsider."
