On January 25, in Changyuan City, Henan Province, Henan Mine Crane Co., Ltd. hosted a captivating "money counting game" at its 2024 annual meeting.

At the event, tens of millions of yuan in cash were neatly laid out on long tables for employees to participate in the competition. According to the rules, each team of 30 employees selected two members with quick hands to compete on stage. Within the designated time, they could take home as much cash as they managed to count accurately, and the total winnings would be evenly distributed among the entire team after the competition. Additionally, the two participants who counted the cash would receive an extra 100 yuan each as a bonus. However, for every miscounted bill, the team would face a deduction of 1,000 yuan.

Reportedly, one employee became the center of attention by accurately counting 100,000 yuan within 15 minutes. On the other hand, some employees became the subject of playful gossip when they incurred penalties, such as one participant who made frequent errors and ended up with a 22,000-yuan deduction during the counting round.

Chairman Cui Peijun of Henan Mine Crane stated that the money-counting activity was designed to add fun and interactivity to the annual meeting, allowing employees to experience joy and fulfillment amidst the laughter and excitement.

Cui revealed that the company achieved a net profit of approximately 260 million yuan this year and would be distributing over 100 million yuan in year-end bonuses to its employees. At the event, nearly 60 million yuan in cash prizes were handed out.
