Young girl accidentally kicks shoe onto passing van's roof, mum spends 40 minutes chasing it down
On January 16, in Liaocheng, Shandong Province, a young girl was playing in a plaza when she accidentally kicked her flip-flop onto the roof of a passing van, which then drove off with the shoe.
Afterward, the girl’s mother quickly got on an electric scooter with her daughter and began chasing the van to retrieve the lost flip-flop.
The mother explained, "The van was moving pretty fast and eventually disappeared into a market. I had to go through the market checking each van roof for the flip-flop, and it took me 40 minutes to finally find it."
