Los Angeles, United States - January 26, 2025 01/26/2025 04:17 pm (GMT-0800) PACIFIC PALISADES, LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Topos de Tlatelolco, a non-profit rescue team from Mexico, found several artifacts of jewelry in the burned rubble of a Pacific Palisades home. According to decades-long neighbors, the elderly homeowner was hospitalized the day before the fire broke out and died shortly after learning her home burned down. The neighbors said family members plan to travel to the house to retrieve precious war medals and rings. The Topos crew, often deployed to disaster zones across the globe, has focused on aiding in the search within the Palisades and Eaton fire burn areas.
