Diners were faced with a dilemma when they saw a 100 peso bill under a table at McDonald's.

Footage shows a pair looking at the banknote left nearby at the fast food restaurant in Samar, the Philippines.

Noel Cabacang's friend said to him in the video: 'Should I pick it up and keep it? Should I return it to the owner? Should I give it to the store manager?'

The duo laughed when she said the last option they thought of.

She added: 'Or should I just wait until the owner is gone?'

Noel said: 'We were eating and then saw the money. We study values education and I asked her a question similar to our exam. It was a multiple choice and so hard to choose.'

Noel said they left the money where they found it and hoped the owner would return.
