This is the amusing moment a tourist posed with dozens of monkeys climbing over her.

Huang Shangying was surrounded by a troop of squirrel monkeys during her visit to Sri Ayutthaya Lion Park in Nakhon Phanom, Thailand, on January 15.

Footage shows the holidaymaker sitting on a bench while the playful primates rest on her lap, with some nestled on her shoulders.

One of the monkeys can be seen perched on top of her head, messing around by rubbing her hair.

When she opened a container with snacks, the monkeys frantically extended their hands to grab the food.

After snatching the treats, some of the animals ran away while others stayed.

Squirrel monkeys are generally social animals and can often show curiosity and affection toward humans, especially in controlled environments like zoos or research centers.
