TikToker angelous.romero got more than he bargained for while visiting Lopburi, Thailand—a city famously overrun by monkeys. Armed with his GoPro Max, he recorded the moment a group of monkeys climbed on him, becoming increasingly curious.

What started as a casual encounter turned into a wild scene when one monkey, fascinated by his curly hair, swung from it like a vine.

Angelous told Newsflare: "I was giving them snacks and I think that led to them getting more and more curious with me. They wanted to check out my hair and then one used it as a swinging vine!"

I went backpacking throughout Thailand and heard about Lopburi. A city overran by monkeys so I had to check it out for myself. It was amazing but let me tell you the monkeys are curious and honestly a bit aggressive. I was giving them snacks and I think that led to them getting more and more curious with me.
