US, Los Angeles: Lancaster 12 Year Old Struck In Drive By Shooting

Los Angeles, United States - January 29, 2025 01/29/2025 09:33 pm (GMT-0800) LANCASTER, Calif. – A 12-year-old boy was injured in a drive-by shooting in Lancaster on Wednesday, according to initial information from authorities. Shortly after 9:30 p.m., the Los Angeles County Fire Department received a report of a shooting incident in the 44100 block of Camellia Avenue. Upon arrival, firefighters determined that the young victim had been struck by gunfire during a drive-by shooting. The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department also responded to the scene and has assumed responsibility for investigating the shooting. The 12-year-old victim was airlifted to Children's Hospital Los Angeles in unknown condition. There are no additional details at this time.
