On January 11, 2025, @chonlada_nnnn shared a video from the MINISO LAND launch at Asiatique The Riverfront, Bangkok, Thailand, showing a person in a mascot costume falling after losing balance while walking. The event, which featured a parade with mascots, saw the fall occur due to the heavy costumes limiting visibility of the ground.
