A resident of the Irkutsk region opened fire on a military commissar during a briefing of mobilized

September 26 during partial mobilization activities. The fire was opened by 25-year-old unemployed local resident Ruslan Zinin. The young man went inside the building and said that "no one will fight", after which he fired from a sawn-off shotgun. According to eyewitnesses, this happened when Alexander Eliseev was conducting "a briefing for recruits." After the first shot at the military commissar, Zinin called on the young people who were in the room to run away and pulled the trigger a second time. Before starting to shoot, Zinin said: "Now let's all go home."

The military commissar survived. He was brought to the Ust-Ilimsk city hospital with six bullet wounds. Military commissar Alexander Vladimirovich Eliseev is in intensive care, in critical condition. The doctors are fighting for his life. The shooter was immediately arrested.
