Worst sustained turbulence (and bumpiest flight overall) I’ve had in nearly 30 years as a flight attendant. This level of turbulence is incredibly rare. The pilots did their best to avoid the worst of the bumps but it was just bumpy at all altitudes. Die to the many storms over Florida at the time deviating around also wasn’t an option. Pilots did an amazing job of keeping everyone informed and safe. We landed without incident. The plane was inspected by maintenance before being returned to service and the crew continued on with their scheduled day. This flight took off incredibly late due to the storms and many passengers, especially those with children chose to return home and try again the next day.
