On February 1, in Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, a stray cat became trapped in the narrow gap between the glass curtain walls of a commercial building, unable to move for an extended period, facing a critical situation. Fortunately, local firefighters arrived quickly and successfully rescued the cat, later finding it a new home.

According to witnesses, it was unclear when the stray cat had entered the glass crevice, but the narrow gap made it impossible for the cat to free itself. As time passed, the cat's strength gradually waned, worsening its condition. Nearby residents, upon noticing the situation, immediately called for emergency assistance.

The Shijiazhuang Fire and Rescue Brigade promptly dispatched a team to the scene. After a thorough assessment, they developed a rescue plan. One firefighter carefully entered the narrow space, using specialized tools to gently free the cat while calming it to prevent panic and ensure its safety. After a tense rescue effort, the firefighters successfully extricated the cat from the glass gap.

The stray cat was found to be in good condition. A kind-hearted resident contacted the firefighters, offering to adopt the cat and provide it with a warm home. The firefighters, relieved and grateful, handed the cat over to the compassionate individual.
