The Falcon 9 rocket lifted off from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station at 5:14 a.m. EST, carrying 21 Starlink satellites, 13 of which feature direct-to-cell capability. About eight minutes after liftoff, the rocket's first stage made a precise landing on the drone ship Just Read the Instructions in the Atlantic Ocean. This marked the booster’s 21st flight and landing, with 17 of its missions dedicated to Starlink deployments. The upper stage is set to deploy the satellites into low Earth orbit approximately 65 minutes after launch. SpaceX has now launched 10 Starlink missions in 2025, contributing to its growing constellation of nearly 7,000 satellites currently in orbit.
