On January 14 in Shenzhen, Guangdong, surveillance footage captured an adorable scene: a small dog wearing a head cover ran into a pet hospital on its own, heading straight to the treatment room to see the vet.

Throughout the treatment, the dog remained calm and cooperative. After receiving care, it ran back home by itself without its owner appearing at any point.

It was later revealed that the dog, named Wangcai, lives nearby with its owner. A few days earlier, Wangcai had injured its ear, and the owner brought it to the pet hospital for treatment. Surprisingly, Wangcai returned on its own days later to seek further care.

The dog's owner, Mr. Duan, shared that Wangcai has been with him for six or seven years and is incredibly smart with an excellent memory, able to recall routes after visiting a place just once.

Pet hospital veterinarian Xu Ruishu said he has been practicing for three to four years but had never encountered a dog coming to the clinic on its own, calling the experience truly remarkable.
