Sloth hangs upside down while drinking water
This is the amusing moment a sloth hung upside down while drinking water.
A tourist spotted the tree-dweller suspended from a tree branch, quenching its thirst in its enclosure in Wakayama, Japan, on August 20.
Footage shows the animal's foot clinging to the tree as it slurps the refreshing water from a metal bowl.
Sloths are slow movers, which helps them conserve energy and avoid detection by predators. They use their long limbs and claws to move from branch to branch but rarely come down to the ground.
