United States - February 05, 2025 A group of bighorn sheep got up close and personal with a running camera before one finally knocked it over, as captured in a video shared by Colorado Parks and Wildlife. The footage shows the animals investigating the device while feeding on apple pulp and alfalfa flakes, which wildlife staff set out to help locate and capture part of the herd. The effort is part of a relocation project aimed at establishing a new herd southwest of Pueblo and strengthening the species' population across the state. Colorado Parks and Wildlife humorously captioned the moment: Ope, let me just squeeze pastcha here –– before the camera went tumbling.
