Officers from the Atlanta Police Zone 4 Crime Suppression Unit were alerted to a vehicle involved in an armed robbery in Hapeville. After locating the vehicle near Dodson Dr. and Ben Hill Rd., officers attempted to stop the suspects, but they quickly fled, triggering a pursuit by the A.C.E. Unit. The chase ended when an officer successfully executed the PIT maneuver, causing the vehicle to flip. One suspect fled on foot but was quickly apprehended, while the second suspect remained in the vehicle and was taken into custody.
