Rockslides are possible in and near steep terrain. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 739 PM PST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated moderate to locally heavy rain across eastern Ventura County and western Los Angeles County, which will overspread the rest of Los Angeles County by 830 pm PST. Rainfall rates of two to three tenths of an inch per hour are expected in many locations through the evening, with rates up to four tenth of an inch per hour possible. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
