Front-flip goes awry as acrobat's overrotation leads to embarrassing tumble
Putting more effort into something than necessary can lead to embarrassing moments, and this clip is a perfect example.
The video features Carla’s front-flip attempt going hilariously wrong.
"I train in acrobatics, and front-flips are one of the elements we focus on," Carla told WooGlobe. "That day, I tried it on the floor and failed because I continued my rotation when it was supposed to be over."
The way Carla springs into the frame and then disappears, thanks to her mishap, is like a scene straight out of a sitcom.
