This is the shocking moment an out-of-control car crashes into a father and his young son walking on a pavement.
The incident occurred in the Siverek district of Sanliurfa, south-eastern Turkey, on January 21.
CCTV footage shows Sedat, 41, and Ahmet Mustafa, 6, being hit by the white Renault and sent flying forward before the vehicle slams into a shop and comes to a stop.
The young boy manages to get back to his feet on his own while his father struggles to stand and remains on his knees.
Passersby and the driver of the car rush to their aid while shocked shopkeepers peek out at the scene.
Both Sedat and Ahmet were taken to the hospital with unspecified injuries.
Turkish authorities are investigating the crash, with local media reports indicating that the driver lost control of the vehicle.
