Footage shows two people apparently standing in the middle of a busy four-lane motorway for a chat as cars speed past them.
The bizarre clip was filmed on the dashcam of a vehicle on the ring road between Sofiyskaya and Vantovy in Saint Petersburg, Russia, on January 18.
Onlookers speculate one of them might have had a flat tyre and was waiting for assistance.
Motorists were seen having to swerve around them, navigating the situation to avoid any potential collisions.
